The exhibitor checklist

• Start of hall allocation: December 2024
• Sending of the placement proposals by email

• The admission documents will be sent to you by e-mail
• You will receive the admission invoice in a separate email
• The participation fee is due upon receipt of the admission invoice without any deductions by 01.02.2025 at the latest.
• Invoices issued after 02.02.2025 are due immediately; this also applies to all further invoices from Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH
• The payment terms on the invoices of Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH are decisive, please note the information on the bank details!

Media entries can be edited in the Online Service Center (OSC).

You will receive the access data for the OSC with your admission. 

Online Service Center

• Please place all technical orders via the Online Service Center (OSC) by XX.XX.XXXX at the latest. Orders placed after this date may result in delays in set-up and late delivery surcharges from the service partners. You will receive the access data by e-mail with your admission.
   
• The free exhibitor passes will be made available for download in the download area of the Online Service Center once all invoices have been paid.
• Additional exhibitor passes can be ordered in the Online Service Center.

Friday, April 25, 2025:                      7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m 

Wednesday, April 30, 2025:             7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m 

Early set-up is only possible in consultation with the project management and can be applied for via the OSC (subject to a fee).

Monday, May 5, 2025: 07:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. until 

Tuesday, May 6, 2025: 07:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. 

Early dismantling is generally not permitted. Please note the information in the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of non-compliance, Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH reserves the right to take punitive measures.
